Preparation
Take a bowl, add sambar powder, salt, lemon, water, mix well.
Put stripes on bhindi, stuff each bhindi with the mixture.
Take pan put oil; add bhindi cook for 1 side for some time turn into the other side.
Serve hot stuffed bhindi with dhal rice.

1tbs chilli powder
