Preparation
Take a pan put oil, add chopped ginger garlic, green chili, chopped onion and fry them.
Add egg, salt mix it, cook for 5 min.
Then add boiled rice, soya sauce, chili garlic sauce, pepper powder, mix well cook for 3min.
Garnish with spring onions.Ingredients
